The athletic department is hiding behind closed doors and refusing to explain why Coach Ballard was fired. We know the truth about what she built at Northgate and we are not going to be quiet while they ruin this program.

The school board is clearly feeling the heat because this momentum proves they cannot just silence our program behind closed doors. Seeing this level of support confirms that we are not letting this injustice slide.

Coach Ballard knows how to get the best out of us. This is totally unfair and the school board better rethink this decision ASAP.
My daughter has grown so much under her leadership. Why fire someone who actually cares about the program? Bring her back.
Missing her presence on the field already. She taught us how to be tough and respectful at the same time.
The administration is making a huge mistake. She was the heart of that team.
WHAT IS GOING ON?!?! She is the best coach we have had in years. This makes zero sense.

Unreal. No explanation given to the girls who put in all the work? Sad.
