G'day. This petition is aimed towards the re-evaluation and/or abolition of the NYCRP Whitelisted Regulations Regulation 16 under the Department Standards Act. The regulation is as follows:

• Department Administration cannot have any RTO or on-duty VC. All personnel must use NYC:RP Official VCs as designed and as necessary.

This petition aims to abolish this and permit the use of department-specific RTO's whenever and wherever needed. This will be a massive leap for all departmental members and will allow for much more coherent and internal RTO's for appropriate use.
