G'day. This petition is aimed towards the re-evaluation and/or abolition of the NYCRP Whitelisted Regulations Regulation 16 under the Department Standards Act. The regulation is as follows:
- Department Administration cannot have any RTO or on-duty VC. All personnel must use NYC:RP Official VCs as designed and as necessary.
This petition aims to abolish this and permit the use of department-specific RTO's whenever and wherever needed. This will be a massive leap for all departmental members and will allow for much more coherent and internal RTO's for appropriate use.
We urge you to make change and sign this petition for a better and more independent future within NYCRP.

this is straight up annoying. trying to coordinate with the whole dept in one channel is a nightmare when everyone is talking over each other.

To be honest, *nycrpp* RTO servers are not used and they dont do nothing.

let us use our own rtos. the current rules just make doing our jobs way harder than it needs to be.
