Greetings, HS community!
I'm sure that many of us has had concerns in regards to how the IRD currently operates. After carefully reviewing many parts of the department, it is clear that the department has multiple existing structural and management issues, which majorly depend on who is in charge; Cheesebot.
Some core persistent issues include:
- Lack of transparency
- Unprofessional conduct (things such as fuelling drama and acting in manipulative manners)
- Overly complex and messy documentation
- Misuse of LoA and severe inactivity issues
- Improper handling of investigations and other operations
- Bias and other corruption
If you put all of those issues together, you obviously have a department that is in a terrible state. A change of management is absolutely needed. I am hoping that this petition will bring some attention to this extremely important matter, as it is very much needed.
Noobi, if you are reading this, please take our voices into account and try to change some stuff up, for the better of High Science.

I’ll be honest, I am a Cheesebot supporter, not because I like how he leads the IRD, but mainly because he has simply been better than his predecessor. However, I cannot just stand aside and ignore the issues that persist in the IRD and how it continues to get uglier and further away from the idea it was originally created for, especially when I was one of the people who risked their place in the community to make IRD even a reality. The IRD is a very complex system, and firing Cheesebot will not change how it operates, but replacing him would lead to some progress and much-needed change, just as replacing Daeny with Fury and Fury with Noobi did. So, I believe that this is actually the best choice.
Cheesebots inactivity and poor management skills have led me to sign this petition, not only that but it has become clear to me that cheesebot is on a power trip, he has way too much and has clearly gone overboard many times. Holding IRD hostage, not acknowledging a new directorate because HE doesn't see anyone fit and not hiring new personnel despite IRD severely needing new ones due to its extreme flooding of cases, another result of cheesbot's LoA abusement ( taking a loa for the last year as a HEAD of DEPARTMENT). This has all led to me signing this petition, no offense to anyone reading this, its only what I see as the best option for the future of HS and its possessions.
Please keep comments and discussions respectful. This petition is made to address and encourage change to the current issues of the IRD and its management; not to spread hate or attack individuals. Toxic and hateful comments will not help in any way and only undermine the purpose of this petition.

I am callmeryan and i dont think we should have a mentally ill IRD leader with all due respect there are many more people fit better for the job

Cheesebot has been the single person to hold a powerfull position that has the power to remove the owner if he feels like it, also being in a extended LOA to NOT do his job, lack of transparancy as he was due to release a full document on the IRD ranks but never actualy done it, using word soups to confuse users that read his documentation and being the WORST department owner that HS has ever seen
