RACISM is: A bias elitist inculcated system of promulgated discrimination, oppression, disenfranchisement and disparity based on the pigmentation and ethnic traits of a people which consequently and subsequently breeds hatred of that group.
A RACIST is: A person/people who nurtures vile venomous abhorrence against a people based on their pigmentation and ethnic traits; and who perpetuates biasness, prejudices, discrimination, persecution, condemnation and disparity based on the pigmentation and ethnic traits of a people. Further, a racist has a profoundly rooted phobia, envy, inferiority complex of that particular race/ethnicity based on their pigmentation and ethnic traits.
"SYSTEMIC RACISM" is: the promulgated and permeated honeycombed system of: structural racism, organized racism, institutional racism, liturgical racism, curricular racism, political racism, executive racism, legislative racism, judicial racism, economic racism, military racism, cultural racism, societal racism, historical racism, generational racism and filibustering. I’ve had many debates with people who feel that reform and holding law enforcement accountable undermines law and order but the reality is, reform not only protects the public from corrupt and biased officers but it also protects officers who desire to serve and protect with integrity.
I wish to see law enforcement held accountable for any violations that they make in relations to the public that they serve.
I am against police brutality.
Stop police brutality
My son died to no accountability of the police answering a 911 call when my son was face to fight for his life.
Officers need much better & much more pertinent & illiberal training... There needs to be far more deliberate & firm consequence for (both) officers who deviate from the new protocol(s) & officers who are offenders of new the law(s)...
The people need to be doing more,

Police are meant to keep us safe not put fair in our hearts and especially our children it’s a shame we have to teach our sons a different way how to deal with police whom they love and admire right now at their young ages.
