This petition has been set up on behalf of those wanting a refund for the continued postponed Janet Jackson concerts. Stub hub has refused refunds even when Mrs Jackson's (www.JanetJackson.com) states refunds are available from point of purchase. If you want a refund and have been told NO from stub hub sign this petition. From here we can take them to court and demand our money back in front of a judge.

I have been reading through the stories you all share about being denied refunds for these shows and it confirms that we are all fighting the same wall of silence. I am currently gathering all these accounts to prepare our case for the legal steps ahead. Your willingness to document these experiences is the fuel we need to finally get our money back.

Seeing so many of you join this effort confirms that I am not the only one being treated unfairly by these companies. This level of momentum proves that we have a real case to present in front of a judge.

Just spoke with William in the Salt Lake City Stub Hub Office, no refund for Barcley Ctr. NY Show. Unacceptable. Wants me to wait for Cancellation. One problem, Daily News reported of people being Refunded here in NY. William said Case by Case only!! BS!!
I did not purchase tickets for an event TWO years away. I was OK with waiting for an ELECTIVE surgery but not "planning" a larger family. Enjoy your new family but you've screwed over mine.
Please send refund for cancelled (postponed) concert. Purchase for my wife as a birthday gift. Extremely disappointed.
I do not understand why stubhub will not give our money back if Janet herself is saying to refund us the money back. I will never purchase from here again. I do not want to wait a year or 2 years to see Janet she not worth that much time to have money sitting in limbo. Even ticketmaster is refunding money for tickets bought.
I need my $437 to take my sister to our annual sisters concert. She is raising my niece who has Down syndrome & this is how I give my sister a break. Please refund my money and stop holding it hostage. I cannot wait for a year to take her 2 a concert.Thank you!!!

The ethical thing to do here is to refund tickets to customers. Ticket Master is refunding the tickets, so all other vendors should do the same. I'm sad that this was my first Janet Jackson concert and I will not be purchasing tickets again for any of her shows.
