REFUND ROLLING LOUD PORTUGAL
I, as many other people, have bought tickets for Rolling Loud 2020 (postponed to July 2021 because of COVID). RL didn’t propose refunds, our tickets remained valid for 2021.
We are now 3 months away from the show and no concrete news/communication from RL.
People that wants to go to the show don’t know if they should book flights, accommodations, take days off etc as they don’t know if the show will be postponed again.
People that don’t want to go and would like their money back, can’t. That’s really prejudiciable, our money has been kept by RL for more than a year in times where money is needed. The 1000€ I put in this festival would really help me in my life right now.
I know there are a lot of people in the same situation as myself, and it would only be right to have the choice of getting refunded.

This is not on and unfair for many people. All other festivals have been cancelled/ given updates.
Beyond a joke with communication. I don’t want automated/copy & pasted email responses. I want proper information from a real person.
I can't even began to explain the distress this has caused me; both emotionally and financially. Rolling Loud is insensitive, and they lack ALL sense of humanity for denying people refunds for an international music festival... in the midst of a pandemic.
Thank you for starting this petition. Rolling loud are the worst company I have ever dealt with and they need to held accountable for there actions or should I say lack of actions.
I want to get the refund due to the fest postponing and COVID situation. I cannot even go to EU because my vaccination turn will be far far long time from now.
We have been cheated on.
I also want a refund!! We need it.
