The ethical thing to do here is to refund tickets to customers. Ticket Master is refunding the tickets, so all other vendors should do the same.
I'm sad that this was my first Janet Jackson concert and I will not be purchasing tickets again for any of her shows.

Never again will I purchase a concert ticket for an iconic musician that has a superiority complex!
If you purchase a concert ticket you should be able to attend said concert within a year of purchase. I am not trying to see her perform in a walker when her kid goes to Kindergarten! Seriously

Janet is a fraud. She knows that she has to cancel the show in order for ticket outlets to recoup money lost on selling her tickets. Stubhub should return our money and sue Janet to keep customers happy.

This is unacceptable.. Stub Hub will not refund tickets until Janet Jackson cancels the show. I am happy she wants a family..but I'm sure once she has that baby in her arms.. going on tour will be the furthest from her mind. I want my money back now!

Just spoke with William in the Salt Lake City Stub Hub Office, no refund for Barcley Ctr. NY Show. Unacceptable. Wants me to wait for Cancellation. One problem, Daily News reported of people being Refunded here in NY. William said Case by Case only!! BS!!

I did not purchase tickets for an event TWO years away. I was OK with waiting for an ELECTIVE surgery but not "planning" a larger family. Enjoy your new family but you've screwed over mine.
