Subject: Refunding of Security Deposit

Respected Sir,

With due respect I Ugyen Tashi a recent graduate from your prestigious college would like to clarify on the refunding of security deposit of ngultrum one thousand which was paid during the time of admission. As adhering on to the rest of the college under Royal University of Bhutan and as mentioned on the college website it’s been clearly stated that security deposits are refundable but as per my knowledge I and all my other mates have not been beneficiary of this amount.

I hereby seek sir’s kind comment on this subject. So, that there could be more accountability on this matter here after.
