Dear Jorgen,

We know, how harmful it is for you to hear negative words about Beach Village and to have «war» going on in our lovely Paradise. Like you, we want Beach Village to be quite and relaxing place, with no agression, negativity and fights.

You told many times that you are against the «war» and that you want to end it. This is our common goal - to end the «war» and live in love and peace.

At the present time there is one thing, which worries us - it’s the fight over the roofterrace of D1 house, on which many of us spent nice and enjoyble time.

We, who sign below, recognize that Tony and Ann made a mistake by not asking JM’s permission to build roof terrace in advance. But though design of the rooftop is more colorful than usual, we don’t see how it hurts image of the Beach Village in general. Colors and designs of this roofterrace can’t be seen from the common area, so it doesn’t affect the uniformity of the village. Because of this we, the owners, have no objections to the roof terrace on D1 and ask you to grant D1 permission to leave roof terrace as it is.

It requires a lot of strength to be the better man, but we believe that you are kind and generous and that you are the one that can end the «war» that is hurting Beach Village in general and each of us in particular.

We all will appreciate and remember this kind act from JM estate.
