This is a petition asking the university to employ SFDAs/ receptionists at Forest Hill so that we can have access to the services outside of day staff hours. These include but are not limited to the issuance of toilet paper to G block students, issuance of keys to common areas such as the music and common rooms, keeping reception open to allow for maintaince issues to be reported, allowing application for overnight visitors and party request forms.

I have been reviewing the feedback regarding current building access and the difficulties students face during evening hours. These experiences confirm that the lack of reception staff creates a significant barrier to basic residential services. I am currently preparing a formal proposal to present these concerns to the administration.

SERIOUSLY. Stop making us wait until 9am just to report a leaky pipe.
Need more staff for after hours access. My toilet paper ran out last night and I had to walk to the shop in the rain to get some. Not cool.
It's a great inconvenience not to have them. It limits the access we have to the operational services and structures in the residence which is already limited.
It is so annoying when I want to book the music room and there is nobody around to help. Please fix this.
Forest Hill is a mess without front desk staff. Bring them back.

Having to hunt someone down just to get a spare key is ridiculous. We need someone at the desk at night.
