This petition is being used to gauge interest in recalling Idaho governor Butch Otter who refuses to let the Idaho legislature adjourn without a gas tax increase. The Idaho legislature has already been in session for the 2nd longest time in history and it's costing Idaho citizens 30k/day to keep it in session This despite the fact that Idaho Department of Transportation is already being allocated an *increase* of funds this year, and the fact ITD audit has been shown to be wasting millions of taxpayer dollars.
