AN ACT TO INCREASE TITLE AND REPLACEMENT TITLE FEES TO FUND THE ARKANSAS STATE POLICE RETIREMENT SYSTEM OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ARKANSAS STATE POLICE; TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
Whereas: The Citizens of Arkansas have been hurt by the current recession and high unemployment rate and cannot afford any increase in taxes or fees.
Whereas: The Citizens of Arkansas are united around the principle of no increase of Taxes or Fees will be accepted nor should be allowed.
Whereas: The Citizens of Arkansas understand that each new fiscal burden should be paid for by first, eliminating any unproductive and inefficient programs currently being funded.
Whereas: The Citizens of Arkansas declare, by this petition, their resolve to support only those who practice Fiscal Responsibility by following the above mentioned course of action.

Reaching this point has been an exhausting grind but the momentum gives me a reason to keep pushing against these unnecessary fee hikes. I am tired of seeing these bills pushed through when people are already struggling to get by.

Seriously? Another increase? My paycheck barely covers gas as it is. Look at how much waste is in the state budget before asking us for more smh

Enough with the fees already. We cant keep paying for everything while cost of living goes up. Find the money somewhere else!
