People need wide open spaces and nature more during #Covid19 than ever. Parks and waterways allow for greater #physicaldistancing and permit people to get away from the pressures of #self-isolation to improve mental and physical health.
"Governments must recognize that people can assess their own risk level, encourage positive behaviour, and give people the opportunities and space to practice it." Being outdoors is good for physical and mental health. Just practice social distancing when you are out there.

It is far easier to maintain 6ft distancing walking in the forest, far fewer things to touch and so much gain. Fresh air, nature lessons, fitness and mental health. Give residents credit for being largely very compliant and responsible. Let people walk.

Fresh air is essential for both physical and mental health, and most parks, lakes, and trails have plenty of room for social distancing!

Fresh air and open spaces will be very important for people’s mental health after being isolated so long.
