I have compiled the recurring complaints regarding connection speeds and submitted them to the Vätterhem management office. We are currently waiting for a formal response to our request for a meeting to review their pricing structure.

The volume of support has reached a level that allows me to formally request a meeting with Vätterhem management. I have drafted the official correspondence outlining our technical requirements and will deliver it to their office this week.

it's unacceptable. I pay more for wifi and it's so bad that I still have to pay way more for mobile data....
The internet is not working properly and the rent is increased by 200 kr for dome better internet which is not being applicable here. Please take some action as soon as possible.
It is really unfair that vatterham increased the price without offering a better service, if anything, the wifi has become way worse than before. And Vatterhem offered the upgrading wifi service without noticing tenants about extra fee in advance. It seems like a scam. I strongly suggest they shouold decrease the rent back to original rent and give us the refund for all the increased prices you've charged us for.
Wifi is horrible, I need to constantly use a hot spot from my phone just to study
Our WiFi didn’t have interruption before yet now we’ve many interruptions and slow downs which effects our studies and lectures and educations! We would like to get a better internet or get back to our previous one
The internet speed and connectivity has been a collective issue no matter if i use my own or my neighbors please do something about it
I’m have a lot of trouble with my wifi. It’s super slow and sometimes it doesn’t work at all.

Not worth the money spent for accommodation. Nothing works as it should. Scared to live here with burning kitchens and not so working facilities like washing machines and dryers in laundry, once in a while working lift, never working doors, worst wifi network ever had in my life.
