my laptop literally wont connect at all in the library... so frustrating

it honestly cuts out every time i try to watch lectures in my dorm. fix it.
im sick of paying this much tuition just to have internet that dies during my online quizzes seriously get it together
is this why the wifi was down all afternoon yesterday? ridiculous.
We need to get better wifi! I've failed tests because of it!
