I have been hearing so many stories about how Rasha helped people during stressful times and it really shows just how much she cares about everyone here. Things have been really quiet from the HR office side of things lately which is frustrating but I am still collecting all these comments to show them exactly why they need to rethink this decision.

Rasha is the best. She helped me with my insurance stuff when nobody else would even answer an email. Keep her on board.
Rasha is wonderful!! She helped me so much with my leave paperwork last year. She should not be fired.
Management really messed this one up. She was always there when we needed help.
Total mistake letting her go. She actually cares about the staff. BRING HER BACK!
I worked with Rasha for years and she is the only reason HR ever functioned correctly. Such a shame.

This is ridiculous. She is a hard worker and deserves way better than this.
