ive been reading through your notes about ms rutherford and its pretty clear how much she means to everyone at increase miller. i am pulling together some emails to the board now so they can see exactly what kind of impact she has on the students.

She is great. Don't ruin it for the students.
Keep Ms. Rutherford!! She cares so much about the kids and they love her. Why get rid of a good teacher who actually wants to be there?
Ms. Rutherford is the reason my son enjoys school again. She is an amazing educator.
My daughter had her for 3rd grade and she was the best. Do not let her go!
Seriously? Find something better to do with your time than firing the best teachers. Leave her alone.

Total nonsense. She is the backbone of that school and this board is making a huge mistake.
She is great. Don't ruin it for the students.
