Having honoured their contracts and paid in full, buyers of apartments at Windows To Paradise wish to see the completion of their apartments and the development as a whole. Raiffeisen Bank has failed to protect the interests of its shareholders and those of other creditors of Interlink, including these buyers by failing to prevent large asset removals from the company by some of Interlink's shareholders. Further, Raiffeisen continues to ignore a number of repayment routes to its outstanding loan which remains unpaid. This in turn has stopped the title deeds transfer of ownership to buyers who have honoured their contracts of purchase and paid 100% of the purchase price. The actions of Raiffeisen Bank are also stopping the many buyers who wish to complete their purchases as no buyer will be guaranteed transfer of ownership after making their final payments. Raiffeisen bank need to urgently facilitate a commercial solution to the Windows to Paradise/Interlink situation to include the rightful transfer of ownership to buyers who have paid in full and to allow for the safe completion of purchases for any remaining buyers wishing to do so. Raiffeisen bank can work with the buyers to ensure rightful ownership and completion of Windows To Paradise.
