I personally started this petition knowing that Handy's Car Dealership bought the land. (Correct me if I'm wrong). The city board could always change their mind about putting, yet again another car dealership in St. Albans. I thought this was a fun and new idea for the lot. Although it is depressing to see the movie theater leave, St. Albans could use a big restaurant industry that will attract people from out of town. In my personal opinion I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but I don't like traveling to Burlington to dine there. I feel that we should replace the old movie theater with a Buffalo Wild Wings. It would be a great tourist attraction. It would create funds for more recreational purposes around St. Albans, Vermont.

I have been hearing from so many of you who are tired of driving all the way to Burlington just for a meal. The city board is staying quiet for now but the pressure is building and they cannot ignore what we want for our town.

Seeing this momentum grow proves that I am not the only one in town craving a better alternative for our local lot. It feels incredible to know so many of you want a place to gather and eat here instead of driving all the way to Burlington.

You should also put in a cheaper place to eat! Alot of ppl in St Albans are on state assistance and places like friendlys, Denny's, ihop would get great business and it'd have something for everyone besides McDonald's, ew!
We definitely need a buffalo wild wings to attract more tourists during the year.
I agree there doesn't need to be anymore car dealerships in Saint Albans Area, but a place to go too and order some great food is a great idea , I mean we all know there are quite a few places to go and grab a bite to eat , but that's not so much the truth when your trying to decide what you want for Lunch or Dinner after a long day at work or after a big family day you want to end it with some great hospitality and great food!!!!
I say an Olive Garden would be amazing to have in Saint Albans. Nothing against Buffalo Wild Wings.
Sad to see the Drive In torn down, but St.Albans desperately needs a new restaurant, There have no variety at all and who likes driving all the way to Burlington for some good wings?!
We need Wild Wings in Franklin County

It is sad to see another car dealership moving into a nice plot of land just to ruin it. They already have more then enough sale lots and sale space, If they really want to expand they should find a new location they have the money for it. We could use that space for a better set up such as a Costco's, or a Wild Wings, please anything, just not a car lot.
