As we sit here and watch the political circus in Washington, as we see kids getting murdered in school, it’s time we take action to secure our schools. It’s clear to us, we have to do this ourselves. As a Marine veteran, I have discussed this strategy amongst my fellow veterans. We have all agreed to volunteer our services to secure our schools and protect the children. Many of us have combat experience, which proves that we can react successfully in a chaotic event. The clowns in Florida’s legislator, and Washington, can’t seem to secure our schools. Well, it’s simple, we have 1.5 million veterans living in Florida, which, many have volunteered to patrol our schools. This solution has been ignored by all politicians here in Florida and in Washington. The time is now, we need to allow our nations heroes to secure our schools!
