I know both parties, and I’m an animal lover and member of PETA. But this is unacceptable! A beautiful young lady that I’ve known since she was a little girl has had her face possibly compromised forever, and not so much as a citation??!

All owners should be held responsible for there pets no matter what the animal is.

How she isn't being held accountable is injustice.
