I am familiar with the Mahoning County case involving April Waidman. I am a victim of this case or am fully informed about the truth of this scam. April knowingly and over many years collected money for puppies that she then did not place in homes that had paid for them. She repeatedly sold the same puppy to many buyers, had puppies that passed away, blocked purchasers so they could not get funds back, or just blatently ignored them. April had many years to refinance her house or work many jobs and make things right. She only started to do so once several people got court orders and her lawyer instructed her to do so. Up to that point she berated, taunted, and bragged to victims she would not follow court orders or pay them back in a timely manner. April also did not get sufficient medical treatment for her animals, stacked cages on top of one another, had many dog fights that ended in death, many sickly or dead puppies during her breeeding time. She shows NO remorse and is arrogant and smug when speaking about the situation.

As a victim of Aprils, I feel that justice has not yet been served. It is my wish that April be sentenced to jail time at minimum of 6 months but feel she is more deserving of 1 year. Her lawyers proposal of house arrest would be a slap in the face to all of her victims. Additionally after jail time I feel that April shall have 5 years probation, and NEVER be allowed to breed/sell animals again. Finally she should have to pay FULL restitution to every victim.

Operated as April Waidman, April Lynn, April Marie, Simon Bulldogs, April Simon, April L Waidman, Simon Mini Doxies, ect.

This is an INTERNATIONAL crime as she has victims who have reported from both the US and Canada so far. Also, many felonies are of individuals from a protected class by the law.

I am signing this petition as a victim of Aprils, or as a concerned citizen who wishes to see justice served in this case.
