We, who like to exercise outdoors with bodyweight would like to see proper pull up bars at Maroubra beach. It is good to have outdoor gym for seniors BUT to add simple bars would be just awesome and not expensive.
I, by my signature confirm I want to build pull up bars at Maroubra beach and I will actively use them. It is what Maroubra truly misses and would be a lot of value to it's locals and visitors.

I am a home owner in Maroubra, a rate payer and an avid fitness practitioner as well as a Personal trainer and Educator. I am extremely disappointed that Maroubra beach does not have pull up bars. This is a fundamental movement needed for proper health and fitness in conjunction with pushing movements and squat techniques. It is crucial this is revised and rectified asap. Thank you.
Appreciate the out door gym but it has turned into a playground as the modern machines are easy to use! Not as good as the good old chin up bars! Please consider this petition. Maroubra is one of the only beaches which doesn't have a proper outdoor equipment. Thank you
Pull up bars and the beach should be a package outright. Surprised it has been missing so far.

It is ridiculous not to have a pull up bar at Maroubra beach. The only reason I am avoiding excercising at Maroubra beach because there is no adequate outdoor facilities there.

There's a playground for the kids, a skate park for the teens, workout area for the eldery. PLEASE... some BARS for the adults :-D
