Prowlers Dance Team is currently pending recognition of the Sport Clubs Program Recognition Committee. We need your support in order to pursue our love for dance and continue to grow as dancers and community members. Please sign the petition showing community, alumni, and current student support and demand for the Prowlers Dance Team as a recognized club by Idaho State.
I am signing this petition in order to show my support of the creation of this student-led club. I believe that this club would be a valuable resource to the students of ISU who love to dance but do not wish to be a part of the bengal dancers.

These young woman have worked so hard. They should not be penalized by someone who doesn't follow the rulebook.
What message does this send to these young woman? What if it were a coach for the football or basketball team.
Would THAT be handled differently?

Dance is an indispensable team, providing young adults with an opportunity to become more involved in the school community, procure athletic spirit, and practice the dedication necessary to be successful in life. Please don't take away this artistic form self-expression; it would be a shame to see the hard work of these young individuals put to waste.

As an ISU alum, and employee I don't understand why more opportunity for dancers is looked at as a negative with the given situation.

Having served a term in ASISU, we approved some questionable clubs in terms of providing students with clubs that would suit their needs and I would approve this club in a heartbeat.

Every morning I used to come into Reeds Gym to lift. I would see many of these dancers putting in hard work, much more than my rugby teammates, in the studio and weight room. These girls deserve the recognition, and should be on a team where they can achieve their goals.
