We, the undersigned, are concerned with the outcome of the 2012 Board of Directors election, and the action of certain members of the current board.
We believe Huffines representative Cindy Harris abused her powers by using her votes to select 5 candidates. We believe she should have not voted for anyone other than herself.
We believe the homeowners who took the time to vote, either via proxy or in person, were not trusted by Huffines to select a board that would be good for the community and had their time wasted.
We believe certain board members only got on the board because Cindy Harris voted for them, and were not elected on by the residents of Providence Village.
We believe the above actions are unfair and unethical, and not in the community spirit of which we are proud of in Providence Village.
We would like the board to address these issues.
I have spent the past few days reviewing the feedback from residents regarding the recent election process. It is clear that many neighbors share deep concerns about the current board selection methods and the influence of outside representatives. I am now preparing a formal request for a meeting to address these transparency issues directly with the board.

This is total nonsense. We voted for people we actually know and trust to represent us not some hand picked puppets.
