Koobashan Naicker was an attorney who killed three innocent people on Athlone Bridge,Durban North on 26th March 2011 around mid day- Carmen Hunter 18 years old, Gillian and Connor, 8 years old, Bell- while driving under the influence. This was not his first and only offence. He has a long list of criminal charges against him. One of his bail conditions was him losing his driver's licence. He is now wanting to appeal to get his licence back.

We need to prevent this as he has show no remorse for killing these innocent people or respect for the law. If a man shot and killed another person, would we give him back his gun if he appealed his bail? Naickers gun is his car. He is living a normal, happy life out of jail in Pinetown, while the families of those he killed are still trying to come to terms with their losses. Are we going to allow him the weapon to take more innocent lives from us? Sign this petition and say NO, he must suffer the consequences of his wreckless actions and not be allowed to drive. He should be behind bars where he cannot harm anymore people.
