This is a petition for the Advocates class to collect signatures from those who are of the opinion that our October 2020 examinations should continue as previously planned.
These signatures will be used as proof before the relevant administrators (in form of a letter enclosed in an email) to demonstrate our wish to return to the timetable and format of exams previously provided.

While we appreciate the complex nature of the need to make this decision in line with the Ministry of Education's resumption to the university guidelines, the mode of online virtual learning prepared students for online exams. Furthermore, there is a lot in stake in terms of health. I therefore appeal to the university to reconsider this decision and allow the exams to go on as planned. Thank you.
With all due respect, making students who are far away to attempt to seek accommodation for a month and then have to go back home, is unnecessary.
The sudden decision made to do only the exams in school has not taken into consideration majority of the students circumstances.Eg Accommodation in hostels, mode of transportation etc.
Exams should continue as previously planned. We had legitimate expectation on that and we were prepared that way. Kindly
You did not involve us when making the decision which is not fair. You have also not considered how students who are not in Kenya will be affected.
This action is unfair and irregular

Please allow us to do online exams as originally planned. The pandemic has been highly disruptive for all of us, but this new schedule is only aggravating the situation. There's a lot at stake for us, please consider our concerns.
