The application is not a modification to the existing approval it is an entirely new project based upon the following: 1. Expansion of the building's gross floor area from 9290 to 10550.
2. Increase of building height from 2 to 3 stories and the addition of a tower.
3. Increase of parking spaces from 28 spaces to 47 spaces.
4. The building facing east instead of north.
We, the citizens of Mystic, have the right to protect this neighborhood from over-development.
