Prisoners should have the right to serve their time free of threats or harassment from other prisoners. They should be able to report threats or harassment without being put in segregation themselves. Prisoners should be able to bring problems to the prison without fear of retaliation from the prison or other inmates.

STOP THE VIOLENCE. these guys are humans too not animals. nobody deserves to live in fear every single day.
Just because a person is in jail for a crime it doesn't mean they should be harassed. Some of those in jail truly do just want to serve their time peacefull, pay the piper so to speak and, to get out and move on with their lives.

my brother is inside and he tells me all the time how dangerous it is just trying to walk to the cafeteria. guards dont care at all.
