We the undersigned, support the homeowners, Russell and Stacey Adams, at 1576 Princess Circle and their current construction plans. We understand this property may not be in compliance with the 28 ft height restriction due to the fact the architect was misinformed of building codes by Dekalb County. Because of the property owners’ vested interest, we believe they should be able to continue as per the approved construction drawings.

The calls from the county office continue to be draining and inconsistent. We are exhausted by this process but we refuse to walk away from our home.

Ridiculous that they are being punished for the architect's mistake. The house looks great and should be allowed to stay as planned.

The county messed up not the homeowners. They shouldnt have to lose money because someone in the permit office didnt know the rules.
