We, the undersigned, hereby request a thorough investigation of the internal affairs departments and administration of Luther Burbank Middle School and the Los Angeles Unified School District, conducted by the following offices, concerning the harassment and termination of a teacher based on her religion and national origin:

Ramona Ripston, Executive Director, ACLU/Southern California
Antonio Villaraigosa, Mayor of the City of Los Angeles
Arnold Shwarzenegger, Governor of the State of California
Barbara Boxer (D), Senator of the State of California
Dianne Feinstein (D), Senator of the State of California
Margaret Spelling, U.S. Secretary of Education
