Present Main Entrance From DLF Golf Course Road In Between The Magnolias & Camelias To Golf Drive Should Not Be Closed

DLF Ltd has planned to close the present Grand Entrance from the Golf Course Road running in between The Magnolias & Camelias to Golf Drive West and East (Golf Links) leading on to The Magnolias and Aralias to give that space to their new development The Camelias. This would greatly compromise the grandness of these elite world class condominiums as the changed entry from narrow side lanes.
The changed proposed entry for The Magnolias & Aralias is from the narrow side lane from Faridabad road side and the narrow side lane from Shiv Nadar school.
This proposed change of entrance is absolutely not acceptable to ALL RESIDENTS OF THE MAGNOLIAS, ARALIAS AND CAMELIAS.
Kindly sign this petition so that the WILL OF ALL RESIDENTS OF THE MAGNOLIAS, ARALIAS AND CAMELIAS CAN BE CONVEYED TO THE CHAIRMAN & MANAGING DIRECTOR OF DLF LTD.

Not clear why DLF wants to do this but if carried out the residents should petition the courts to open up the whole road as it is in the Master Plan as a public road. We must remember that DLF have created a private road on public land.
My Aadhaar Card address reads "The Magnolias Golf Course Road" I am strongly of the view present entrance from Golf Course Road should remain.
This is a highly inappropriate action being taken. When we bought the apartment , the intentions to change the entrance were never told. It would bring down the value of the property, the grand feeling of entering a different world is gone. I protest strongly against this action proposed by dlf. I hope that you shelve these ridiculous plans and stop making us feel like the cheap cousins.
It will spoil the expansive look of the entry which is so grand and a signature of the DLF golf club and residential areas within . Faridabad road is very unsafe for entry / exit .Aralias entry /exit gate must be maintained too
Gate 1 is most convenient and strategic to all 3 condominiums. It is truly reflective of the DLF Golf Links brand and persona. The other two gates simply don’t have the scale, location or safe access for residents. They will also hurt the CAM brand, create traffic issues and potential to cause accidents.
The main entrance gate should not be closed. Golf course road is the main entry point.
Shutting down the gate would cause avoidable daily delays. DLF has sold Camellias on the basis of shutting down this entrance but the interests of the residents should come first.
