Le Conseil Scolaire Viamonde n'a pas d'emplacement d'école entre Georgina et Mount Albert. Une zone de fréquentation plus accessible avec l'ouverture d'une nouvelle école est nécessaire. L'école de fréquentation actuelle ne tente pas les familles désirables une éducation francophone car la distance est beaucoup trop éloignée.
Francophone students and future students in the Georgina region hosting over 50,000 inhabitants must travel more than 50 km to attend school (L'Académie de la Moraine).
Bus boarding is before 7am for a bell at 8am.
The Viamonde School Board has no school site between Georgina and Mount Albert. A more accessible area of attendance with the opening of a new school is necessary. The current school of attendance moving to Richmond Hill won't attract the prospective parents in Georgina with to provide a Francophone education for their children.

I was looking at the screen and just realized how many people are actually behind this now which is honestly wild because remember when we were just talking about those early morning bus rides at the kitchen table. It feels like the momentum has really shifted and even though my brain is still racing with all the planning ahead I am just so happy that we are finally being heard about the travel times for our kids.

I have 1 kid enrolled at l'Academie de la Moraine and 2 will attend JK in 2020. Nous avons besoin d'une école francophone avec une zone de fréquentation moins vaste que celle que nous avons présentement. L'ACMO est beaucoup trop éloignée
Mes enfants sont maintenant a une école d'immersion car nous n'avons aucun secondaire francophone dans notre région et le voyagement de plus d'un heure par allée n'est pas acceptable.
pendant que j'ai recu mon education a l'École Gabrielle Roy en Toronto, il n'y avait pas assez d'écoles Francais dans la communauté. Avoir l'abilitée de parler dans deux langues est très importante poir l'avenir des étudiants d'aujourd'hui.
Oui, je suis très intéressé d'avoir une école de français langue première dans la région de Georgina. Mon fils va commencer l'école dans trois ans, donc le plus tôt sera le mieux!

4 enfants en age de se scolariser. L'école du conseil la plus proche est beaucoup trop éloignée de mon domicile. Nous avons du renoncer à inscrire nos enfants car le bus serait arriver à 6h35 le matin..
