I am creating a campaign to fix the roads near Lake Shangri-La and in the Bristol area. The roads and potholes in my neighborhood are causing damage to cars and tires. I want to fix the problem before an accident happens. Did you know that potholes are one of the biggest causes of highway accidents? Although it is on a much smaller scale, the pothole in my neighborhood could cause someone to swerve into the oncoming lane and get into an accident. To become involved please sign a petition the petition that I will be handing out. We are later bringing the petition to the city council to present our ideas.

I have been documenting every tire blowout and alignment issue shared with me over the last week to build our case for the council. The stories you are sending about the danger on our roads are exactly what we need to prove this is not just an inconvenience but a safety crisis.

Seeing this kind of momentum confirms that I am not the only person terrified of driving down these streets each day. I am so relieved that so many neighbors understand the urgency behind fixing these dangerous roads before a real tragedy occurs.

These roads have been falling apart for years. My tire blew out last week on 214th and it cost me a fortune. Sick of dodging these craters every single day.
I requested to have the coffee spilling bumps by the swamp, both on 213th & 208th, to be redone two years ago so I am delighted to see this. There’s the pothole at the corner of V & 214th and 208th as well. Additionally, the partial/patchy crack fill coating that was applied about 7 years ago looks awful and certainly decreases the value of the hood. I complained about that to no avail.
Please fix the roads.
Desperately need new roads on the island! 218th Avenue-both sides!!!0

We own and pay taxes for the property at 21343 121st St Bristol. Please find funds to improve and fix our streets!
