Greetings fellow Townhome owners at Pineda Ocean Club. We are petitioning to have Robert (Bob) Baum instated as the Townhome Representative on the Pineda Ocean Club Board of Directors.
In accordance with the Pineda Ocean Club bylaws section 3.1.6
The election of each Condominium Director shall be separate and shall require a plurality of the votes of those members present who are unit owners within the condominium which that Director will represent.
