The Petition of the Peninsula Noise Action Group (PNAG), which brings together a coalition of residents and small business located in Potts Point, Woolloomooloo and Elizabeth Bay, brings to the attention of the House their deep concern about community safety resulting from the car and motorbike hoons within their neighborhood.
