We, the undersigned, respectfully urge Dr. Ritchie and Ms. O\'Neill to reconsider the decision not to offer Chris Tarello a coaching contract for the 2008-2009 academic year. We believe this decision is ill-advised, and does not in any way reflect the sentiments of the vast majority of the Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School Cross-Country and Track and Field community. Chris has our full confidence and support as a cross country and track coach. Chris Tarello is a dedicated, serious coach whose expertise and enthusiasm are significant assets to the Lincoln-Sudbury Cross-Country and Track and Field Programs. Please reconsider and rehire Coach Chris Tarello.
