Nick Reszetar's award-winning six years of teaching experience spans community college-level and university work, dedicated art and design colleges, the Mannifest Research Centre in Cincinnati, and international work in Lima, Peru. He is currently working as a full-time Lead Drawing and Visual Arts Faculty member at Truckee Meadows Community College in Reno, Nevada. There, he is responsible for collaborating with and mentoring adjunct faculty and building and assessing curriculum across Drawing, 3D Design, Painting and Photography. He is also tasked with developing those facilities, and networking to bring the local art community in to grow the program. He would love to bring this energy and engagement back to Ann Arbor and the college he has loved teaching at most of all, Washtenaw Community College. Please support his efforts by signing this petition. Thank you.
I am a professional working sculptor. I have taken drawing classes in the past and never been able to improve my drawing skills. Nick was able to teach me and encourage me to improve with his curriculum, demonstrations, willings to critique via email and his enthsiastic passion for art. Believe he would be a huge asset to WCC.
