Campus band for far too long has been victim to easy music medleys they desire not to play; this year we can change that. Chicago, a musical written in 1975, is a jazzy high-action musical that tells the triumph and failure of fame. Featuring songs like "All That Jazz" and "The Cell Block Tango," Chicago will surely please our spring concert audience. Lauren Delisle, a senior in campus band, states, "this is the only piece she has wanted the band to play for years," whilst many other young campus band kids just want the experience of good music. Playing a Chicago medley at the spring concert will not only please the young musical minds of the campus band, but also the audience listening to it.
