Algerian community in Minnesota consists of hundreds of Algerians. Tens of us have applied to receive the new biometric Algerian passport. We were hoping that you could kindly help us by sending mobile passport service to Minnesota. This will help hundreds of us avoid travel time away from family and work. The mobile service declared that they would go to a city where there is community of over hundred applicants. The signers of this petition are well over fifty.
