The national association confirmed today that new, tamper-proof bat protocols are officially adopted into the rulebook. I am shifting my focus to monitoring the implementation process to ensure manufacturers comply with these standards immediately. We secured this result because our documentation forced the issue onto the board agenda.

My husband plays in a league and he says the same thing. It is getting scary out there for the infielders. Stop the insanity.
Safety first!! Players shouldnt have to worry about their lives every time they take the field.
BATS SHOULD BE ALTER PROOF PERIOD. Tired of seeing guys cheating to get more pop on the ball.
Totally agree. The speed coming off the bat now is unreal compared to 10 years ago. Somebody is gonna get seriously hurt.
Too many hot bats in rec leagues. You can tell who is using what. Fix it before someone loses an eye.

My kid got hit with a line drive last month and the ball was moving way to fast to react. These bats are straight up missiles now. Needs to change.
