Safety first. Helmets are standard everywhere else so why not here?
I watch my daughter play every weekend and i worry sick every single time she steps on the field. Its not 1990 anymore. Update the rules.
Too many head injuries. My daughter plays club and the stick work is getting way too dangerous. Needs to change now.
My niece got a fractured cheekbone last month. It is ridiculous that we are still talking about this in 2016. Just give the girls helmets already.
ABOUT TIME. Why are guys protected better than girls? It makes no sense at all.

My 10th grade daughter received a concussion during her high school lacrosse game last week. There are multiple players on her team who have been concussed during games this season. Helmets are a necessity in girls's lacrosse. Girl brains matter just as much as boy brains.
