By making the market car free we can hopefully increase the economy because people will want to hang around, mingle and buy food. If you are worried about parking spaces for the market, the market has a parking garage and the revised market plan outlines an expansion to the current garage and a underground parking lot. My plan outlines that the market would only be closed to through traffic during midday. Early morning and late night, shops will be able to get deliveries and ship off packages.
