Fair Treatment for Naartjie Phone Shoppers
The persons who sign this petition are consumers of Naartjie clothing for kids who do not live within driving distance of a Naartjie Store. Therefore, we must place internet orders or phone our orders in to one of the Naartjie stores to have it shipped out to us. It has come to our attention that at certain times of the year Naartjie offers promotional discounts on select merchandise (namely clearance merchandise) in addition to the previous marked down price. This promotional discount is not passed along to the customers who must place orders over the phone or internet. We are aware that phone orders make up a significant portion of the Naartjie sales and we are extremely displeased that Naartjie refuses to pass along the savings to all of their consumers. Their reluctance to offer promotional discounts to the phone order customers makes us feel less valued. Additionally, we want Naartjie Corporate to know that we are aware that their Shipping and Handling charges are excessive and more then what the actual price of shipping truly is. Also, the shipping charges applied to exchange is unacceptable. We have tried to email Naartjie Corporate and have not received any positive response. We are signing this petition to tally the number of phone order customers who would like to see Naartjie change their policies on how to deal with the phone order customers. Hopefully when Naartjie Corporation sees the number they will realize that they have a lot to lose if they do not start to treat the phone order and internet customers in the same manner as they treat their instore shoppers. The grievances are: 1. Promotional discounts offered instore are not being offered to phone customers or online shoppers. 2. Shipping and handling charges are excessive. 3. Internet ordering is difficult because inventory is always out of stock in both colors and sizes. Please right these wrongs. Thank you.
