The following residents of Chamberlain Crossing call for Lennar Builders to clean and maintain the greenbelt area located in Phase 6 of the Chamberlain Crossing Neighborhood. The residents request the following items be done.
Item #1 Clean and maintain the greenbelt area in accordance with the existing HOA policy of hight of grass.
Item #2 Clean and maintain all construction trash from these areas.
Item #3 Clean these areas of underbrush and limbs which allows for crews to easily maintain these areas going forward.

I walked the site again this morning and the construction debris is still piling up right near our property line. It is heartbreaking to watch this space we were promised remain a neglected dumping ground instead of the greenbelt the neighborhood deserves.

Seeing this many neighbors unite behind the cleanup effort honestly leaves me speechless. My kids deserve to play in a greenbelt that is safe and clear of debris rather than looking out at a neglected construction site. This momentum shows Lennar that we refuse to accept anything less than the maintenance we were promised.

Great also like to see a cement path in connecting trails already in existence up over drainage tile on back side of Eden drive
The construction trailer lot on Thatcher is getting really trashy again as well and the construction vehicles are leaking oil or something in the streets by the trailer.
The community should get to vote before any additions are added. I’m all for them maintaining and keeping up with the areas.
Was thinking that would be a great spot for a nice pond /tank stocked with fish .
If we have to make sure our homes look nice and free of overgrowth, the builders should have to as well.
Let's keep the neighborhood presentable
