There have been recent incidents where homeless people have been harassing residents around the clearing on the south end of the neighborhood. One of our parks where our children play daily is right along this area. In addition, the water retention area isn’t fenced off. Both of these issues are serious hazards to our community that many of us feel needs to be addressed by Lennar rather than use our homeowner’s fees to remedy. As our HOA representation, I would ask that you reach out to Lennar on the behalf of the neighborhood and ask them to install a fence around the water drainage area and along the property line between our neighborhood and the adjoining undeveloped property to the south.

The board members can no longer ignore this surge of outrage from residents who refuse to pay for Lennar's failure to secure our property. We are taking this momentum straight to their next meeting to demand they stop sitting on their hands while our safety is at risk.

We moved here for safety and it is terrifying to walk the dog near that park now. Lennar needs to step up and finish what they started before something happens.
Transient traffic is common due to the public transit access off of 20th st se. It would help protect our neighborhood if there were a fence protecting that side of the development.
This oversight is going to get our children hurt or worse! Lennar needs to address right away!
Due to this oversight on Lennar's behalf, our children and community are put at undue risk. If the individual squating on the land next to Eagle Glen is willing to attack an adult, I shutter to think what he may do to a child.
Please address the safety issues as a result of the clearing and construction between our neighborhood and 20th.
