Because im a grown ass, low income adult who is trying to use a safer, more affordable device to wean off and quit using tobacco/nicotine products, and considering we live in the one state where a happy gay couple can defend their cannabis plants with an ar-15 (which I am damn proud of btw) a heavy tobacco restriction seems pretty anti-Vermont, man.

I smoked cigarettes for 20 years and tried everything to quit... right down to hypnosis and acupuncture and nothing worked. Currently I have not smoked in 7 months because of e-cigs and vape products. This tax is crushing to me and sends a message that you do not care about the people using these products responsibly to help better themselves. What should I do now? Go back to smoking since it’s more affordable?
