The cab drivers and companies of Oshawa are trying to get the city to close down the Designated Driving Services/Companies, claiming that the DD companies are illegal and doing the jobs of taxi cabs. The cab drivers have had their say with city council, our turn as Designated Drivers is coming up.
We have no issues with the city council regulating this industry contrary to the beliefs of the cab drivers around the region.
We Drive, DD Kingz and A Ryde Home would like your support by signing this petition to keep Designated Driving Services around and prove to city council that this is a wellappreciatedand wanted service within the community.
