I am currently trying to make travel arrangements for a medical appointment in southern Ontario, and would have found the proposed service to be very helpful.

With our aging society it is so important now to offer programs that help our seniors and by helping the aging people’s we are taking so much stress from not only their live but the lives o their family and lived ones and friends.

Why is this service being held up? Equal access to health care for all is the right of every Canadian. Stop treating Northern Ontario citizens inequitably. This service should be approved immediately.

People in need of medical attention are under stress and are not always able to drive themselves to Toronto and back. With the discontinuation of rail service and now the discontinuation of Porter Airlines flying to North Bay, the choices are very limited. A safe alternative to driving is very much needed, especially in winter months.

There are few options for the people of the north to get south other than driving themselves. This service allows a safe reliable way of traveling. The Liberal government has gutted and destroyed our rail service, air is too costly and unreliable and this service is a feasible alternative.

This is a much needed service for the North Bay-Muskoka corridor where long distances and bad weather can make it impossible for people to drive themselves, especially if they are elderly or sick.
