Doncaster Council continues to ignore the reality that their arbitrary rules force elderly and disabled passengers to walk through a dangerous car park just to reach our cabs. I am currently compiling the stories you have shared because the officials at the licensing department need to see the human cost of their incompetence. We are dragging this injustice into the light and they will have to answer for this discrimination soon.

The momentum behind this fight is undeniable now. DMBC can no longer pretend our vulnerable clients do not exist or that this isn't a massive problem caused by their lazy regulations.

The ruling should be the same for everyone, not pick and choose! The council should think of the elderly and the effect it will have on them! This business is great!
This is not fair.. This rule should be changed and does not help anyone especially the elderly and disabled people in the community. It is a down right disgrace!

Great taxi base great service..disappointing from the council
Dont close it! The taxi base is awesome i cant leave the house without a taxi from here!

Hope you get this sorted out soon, Doncaster council should be helping as many local businesses as they can!
